  • Connects press to researcher (or communication if the researcher cannot be reached or when it is not clear which researcher to contact).
  • Collects contact details journalist (name journalist, name media outlet, e-mail, telephonenumber) and topic.
  • Informs communication.


Discuss with communication the following questions: Do we respond to the request? Is SOMO the right organisation to answer; and am I the right person?
